5.2 Deposits via Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and are generally processed within 15–30 minutes. 18cashnet does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment service providers or network congestion.
5.3 Withdrawal requests must be submitted using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

6.1 All bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards made available on 18cashnet are governed by this Section together with any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. 6.2 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated at the time of offer presentation. Players are advised to review all wagering conditions before opting in to any bonus.

6.8 18cashnet actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit promotions through coordinated play, stake manipulation, hedging, or other prohibited techniques will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may lead to account termination.
7.1 All sports bets, casino wagers, esports bets, and virtual sports selections placed on 18cashnet are final and binding once confirmed by the system, subject to any exceptions outlined herein.
7.2 Odds displayed are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. 18cashnet uses real-time data feeds to update odds on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and all other covered markets. Odds changes after confirmation do not affect previously accepted bets.
7.3 In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by system failure, data feed error, or human error — 18cashnet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. 18cashnet will communicate such decisions with reasonable transparency.
7.4 Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, 18cashnet will endeavour to complete the round and settle the outcome based on available data. If a round cannot be completed, the wagered amount will be refunded to the Player's Account.
7.5 Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event apply and are displayed within the betting interface. 18cashnet reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets or for specific accounts where risk management considerations apply.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 18cashnet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

10.3 18cashnet shall not be held liable for losses arising from Force Majeure events, including telecommunications or internet failures, power outages, government action, or third-party payment provider issues.
10.4 Nothing in this clause limits 18cashnet's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11.1 18cashnet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited activity, inability to verify identity, or failure to meet applicable eligibility requirements.
11.2 In the event of account closure due to a Player's own request, any remaining balance of verified real-money funds (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
11.3 In the event of account closure due to a material breach of these Terms by the Player, 18cashnet reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending investigation. The Player will be notified of the basis for withholding and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
11.4 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
